We are searching for candidates to fill multiple positions at our brand new location in Downtown Elizabethton. We can offer you a fun, fast paced (at most times) environment where you will be treated less like an employee, and more like a family member. Our hours are 11:00-7:00pm Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00-6:00 Wednesday and 11:00-8:00 Friday and Saturday. We try to treat our teammates the way we'd want to be treated, which results in very low turnover. More than 80% of our staff has worked for us for more than 3 years. Starting salary is base rate per hour plus equal tip share based on hours worked for all hourly employees. This results in pay well above industry average.
