Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations Team player mentality with strong communication skills Join us in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while developing your skills in the vibrant food industry!
