Lead Cook / Owner Bar 1859 is upscale cocktail lounge and restaurant Position Summary Kitchen Staff support the daily operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, stocking supplies, and Every team member plays an important role in delivering a quality dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare food and ingredients according to Bar 1859 standards. Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary. Restock food, supplies, and prep stations throughout the shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation procedures. Complete opening and closing duties. Arrive on time, maintain a positive attitude, and work as part of the team. Qualifications Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and get along with your team Willingness to learn and follow directions.
