Duties Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process sales transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Assist in food safety management by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Support retail sales transactions when applicable, including product recommendations and inventory checks. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as toast is highly advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts. Food safety knowledge and adherence to sanitation standards required for food handling roles. Prior experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering or grocery store environments is a plus.
