Chicken Breaders work in the raw prep area of our Back‑of‑House team. This role is essential to delivering the fresh, high‑quality chicken our guests love. We pride ourselves on our people that have the heart to serve and are friendly and enthusiastic. Additional duties also include working fryers, cleaning, stocking, and dishwashing.

Chicken Breader Responsibilities:

Safely handle, prepare, and bread raw chicken according to Chick fil A standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized breading table and prep area Follow all food safety and temperature monitoring procedures Prepare raw chicken setups, marinades, and brines Communicate with kitchen team and leadership to maintain workflow and product Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed Track and manage product rotation to reduce waste Support overall kitchen flow by staying ahead of demand Smile Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Stand for several hours at a time Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Can work both indoors and outdoors Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and operational guidelines precisely Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Physical Requirements:

Be able to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per shift. Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching overhead. Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions (such as kitchen, walk-in cooler/freezer, or outside). Can lift and carry around 40 pounds on a regular basis Availability Requirements Weekend Availability Team member must be available to work 75% of all Fridays and Saturdays per month. Team member must be available to close 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month. Daypart Availability Team member must be available to work multiple dayparts over the course of a week, including a minimum 2 closing shifts per week. This requirement may be amended on a case-by-case basis, based on current restaurant needs.
