SUMMARY:

The kitchen steward is responsible to clean, transport and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain all kitchen equipment in a clean and orderly manner. All of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is out top priority for both internal and external guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

) 1. High school diploma or equivalent desired. 2. Experience in food and beverage. 3. Must have dependable transportation.
