Sandwich Artist We are looking for motivated, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artists ! If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and want to gain valuable customer service experience, we want to hear from you. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be the face of our store—greeting guests, preparing fresh food to order, and keeping our restaurant clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional customer experience with a smile.
Food Preparation:
Prepare fresh ingredients daily, bake bread and cookies, and craft sandwiches exactly to guest specifications while following Subway's portion and formula guides. Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a spotless dining room, service line, and kitchen area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Hygiene & Grooming:
Maintain excellent personal hygiene and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards (including wearing a clean uniform, apron, and hair restraint) to ensure a professional appearance and compliant food handling.
Teamwork:
Restock inventory, assist team members during rush hours, and complete daily opening or closing checklists. Qualifications & Skills High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required —we will train the right person! Reliable transportation and strict adherence to attendance schedules.
