A Kitchen Staff assists with food preparation as directed by cooks, food supervisors or chefs. Cleans kitchen work areas and dishes. Prepares ingredients for dishes to be cooked, prepares beverages, and stocks salad bars or buffet tables.

As a Sandwich Artist, you will be the face of our store—greeting guests, preparing fresh food to order, and keeping our restaurant clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional customer experience with a smile.
Food Preparation:
Prepare fresh ingredients daily, bake bread and cookies, and craft sandwiches exactly to guest specifications while following Subway's portion and formula guides. Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a spotless dining room, service line, and kitchen area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Hygiene & Grooming:
Maintain excellent personal hygiene and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards (including wearing a clean uniform, apron, and hair restraint) to ensure a professional appearance and compliant food handling.
Teamwork:
Restock inventory, assist team members during rush hours, and complete daily opening or closing checklists. Qualifications & Skills High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required —we will train the right person! Reliable transportation and strict adherence to attendance schedules.
