About the Role - Lifeguard We're looking for attentive, safety-focused, and energetic Lifeguards to join our Waves Management Team! As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests while enjoying a rewarding job in a fun, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain constant surveillance of the pool or beach area. Respond quickly and appropriately to all emergencies. Provide first aid and emergency care until EMS arrives. Deliver excellent customer service and represent Waves Management with professionalism.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older . Must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (including CPR, AED, and First Aid). Must be able to work all holidays Why Join Us?
