The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests utilizing the pool facilities. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage various tasks while maintaining a friendly demeanor. We are looking for energetic and outgoing Beach Attendants to join our team who are energetic and motivated sales attendants. Our attendants earn a percentage of their daily sales in addition to the hourly pay. Duties Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations. Provide assistance to guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns related to the pool facilities. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including removing debris and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met. Assist in organizing and facilitating poolside events and activities for guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations with professionalism and respect, managing any conflicts that may arise. Collaborate with other resort staff to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service. Provide first aid assistance as needed, ensuring all incidents are documented appropriately. Skills Previous experience in a resort or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages. Experience working with children is a plus, particularly in event management or recreational settings. Knowledge of lifeguarding practices is beneficial; certification may be required depending on location. Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest disputes effectively and diplomatically. Public speaking abilities to communicate clearly during events or announcements at the pool area. Experience in food service can enhance guest satisfaction during poolside dining experiences.
