Job Title:

Lifeguard Pay:

Per Hour Days & Times:

We are looking for an already certified lifeguard that can work a variety of open shifts including weekend mornings, after school starting at 4:15PM, or Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:45AM - 12:05 or 2PM. This person must already hold a lifeguard certification.

Certification Requirement :

We accept American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates, and YMCA.

Primary Responsibilities Maintain Safety:

Provide active lifeguard supervision to keep all swimmers safe.

Emergency Response:

Provide first aid and CPR as necessary (training provided).

Student Interaction:

Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere for children and parents.

Facility Standards:

Ensure the pool area remains clean and organized during shifts.

Job Qualifications and Skills Child-Focused:

Must enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills to interact with parents and team members.

Reliability:

A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

Compliance:

Must pass background examinations prior to starting.
