Job Description

OPENING HEAD LIFEGUARD

CONCORD, MA

Join Our Team as a Closing Head Lifeguard! Help keep our pool safe and fun while leading the opening shift. We're looking for a responsible and experienced lifeguard to supervise staff, enforce safety rules, and ensure a smooth closing process each day. Perfect for a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for water safety! Incumbent is called upon to handle a significant number of details, each varying from the other in substance and content, and approach workload with flexibility.

Pay range:

$22.00 - $30.00/hour; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position, consisting of up to 19 hours per week. Opening schedule is from 5:00 to 9:30am. This position is filled on an as-needed basis and hiring is rolling. If you don't hear back after applying, it's likely we're currently at capacity. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including CORI and SORI checks.
