Responsibilities Monitor pool activity continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to water emergencies, including water rescues and medical incidents Conduct regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Follow established safety procedures during cardiac arrest emergencies, first aid situations, and other medical emergencies Skills Current certification in CPR and Red Cross Life Guard (Certification help may be available) Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues efficiently
