Job Summary Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Daytime Lifeguard, where your energetic presence ensures a safe, enjoyable environment for all visitors. In this vital role, you will oversee pool safety, provide exceptional guest services, and respond swiftly to emergencies. Your proactive attitude and water safety expertise will help create a fun and secure space for swimmers of all ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact every day while maintaining the highest standards of public safety. Responsibilities Monitor pool activity continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to water emergencies, including water rescues and medical incidents Conduct regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Follow established safety procedures during cardiac arrest emergencies, first aid situations, and other medical emergencies Skills Current certification in CPR and Red Cross Life Guard (Certification help may be available) Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues efficiently
