Job Description

NOW HIRING

LIFEGUARDS Splash Universe Waterpark Resort 100 Whitetail Drive, Dundee, MI 48131 Turn your attention, confidence, and love of the water into a rewarding job! Splash Universe Waterpark Resort is hiring responsible and energetic lifeguards to help provide a fun and safe experience for our guests. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively monitor pools, water attractions, and surrounding areas Enforce all waterpark rules in a friendly but consistent manner Recognize and respond quickly to emergencies Perform water rescues, CPR, and first aid when necessary Assist guests and answer questions professionally Complete required safety checks and incident reports Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Attend required training sessions and safety meetings Work closely with other lifeguards, supervisors, and waterpark staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be responsible, alert, and dependable Strong swimming and communication skills Ability to remain focused for extended periods Comfortable enforcing safety rules with guests of all ages Current lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is preferred Candidates must successfully complete all required training and skills testing Previous lifeguard experience is helpful but not required Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
