Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and attentive individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

• Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries
• Perform pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and report any issues or concerns
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations or incidents
• Administer CPR, first aid, or other necessary medical assistance when required

Requirements:

• Preferred but not required, will train, certified Lifeguard with up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues as needed
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
