Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized training program. Current CPR and first aid certifications. Strong swimming skills and physical fitness. Excellent observation skills and the ability to remain focused for extended periods. Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
