With over 23+ years of experience, we set the standard for aquatic safety, training, and facility operations across New York. We are seeking motivated individuals who are safety-focused, professional, and ready to be part of a high-performing team. Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Strong swimming ability required Ability to remain alert, professional, and responsive in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills Required Certifications American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (Required) American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers (Required, current) Responsibilities Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in and around the pool Enforce all facility rules and safety regulations professionally Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency care as needed Ensure pool area is safe, clean, and free of hazards Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Attend required trainings, meetings, and in-service sessions Complete additional duties as assigned by management Why Work With Us?
