Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming and water safety. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages on swimming techniques, safety protocols, and water confidence. Your role will involve creating a positive learning environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Duties Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels Educate participants on water safety, swimming techniques, and proper breathing methods. Provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Ensure the pool area is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times. Requirements Proven experience in swimming instruction or related fields such as physical education or childcare. Certification in lifeguarding is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety protocols, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate effectively across various age groups.
