We are a female-owned business specializing in inclusive swim education for students of all abilities. Open Positions We are hiring for multiple roles across all locations. Many of these positions overlap, offering a dynamic workday and the opportunity to gain diverse experience. 1.

Swim Instructor The Role:

Deliver high-quality lessons (1:1, 2:1, small groups, stroke classes, and parent/me) for ages one year to 17 years.

Adaptive Focus:

You will work with children of all abilities, including those with disabilities.

Training:

Paid training includes a comprehensive manual, online work, and a shadowing where you will co-teach with an experienced instructor. 3.

Lifeguard and Swim Instructor The Role:

Maintain a vigilant watch over all pool areas, focusing on safety and risk prevention.

Requirements:

Must be currently certified or will be obtaining certification. Locations We have opportunities at various locations, with options to substitute or travel between sites. We are primarily looking for someone to work at Latrobe and sub as needed at other locations.

Requirements & Qualifications Age:

16 years or older.

Clearances:

Must have (or be able to obtain) child abuse clearances, background checks, and fingerprints.

Skills:

Must be a strong, confident swimmer (competitive experience is a plus but not required).

Traits:

Enthusiastic, flexible, and highly reliable. Our students depend on their teachers to be there!
