We are seeking Swim Instructor and/or Lifeguards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching others, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

Swim Instructor

Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
Create engaging lesson plans that focus on water safety and stroke development
Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their technique
Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment
Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed

Responsibilities:

Lifeguard

Lifeguard and CPR/AED Certified
Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment
Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed

Skills:

Experience in swim instruction or lifeguarding preferred but not required
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes
CPR and First Aid certification preferred but can be obtained after hire
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with pool cleaning and maintenance practices a plus
