We are seeking Swim Instructor and/or Lifeguards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching others, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.Responsibilities:
Swim Instructor- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
- Create engaging lesson plans that focus on water safety and stroke development
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their technique
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed
Responsibilities:
Lifeguard- Lifeguard and CPR/AED Certified
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
- Experience in swim instruction or lifeguarding preferred but not required
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but can be obtained after hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with pool cleaning and maintenance practices a plus
