Job Description

Are you energetic and detail oriented? Do you like a variety of work? FWPC is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at our apartment communities located in Sierra Vista. This is a great job opportunity with a busy company!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for cleaning all make-ready/turned units for new occupants. Construction-type cleaning often required.
Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all common areas of the communities.
Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping.
Cleaning of furniture, windows, blinds, floors, laundry machines, sinks, mirrors, toilets, kitchens appliances, etc.
Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies.
Complete service requests that pertain to housekeeping issues for new move-ins, or for common areas.
Clean on-site management office and laundry room.
Assist with any emergency maintenance.

Always provide exceptional customer service. Personal contact with residents and always greet residents with a smile. Must be team oriented and treat fellow team members with respect. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Communicate regularly and effectively with internal and external customers. Handle difficult situations with a cooperative attitude, poise and diplomacy. Communicate information in a timely manner, and exercise good follow-up skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Janitorial experience or related training. Familiarity with a wide range of cleaning products and equipment, and their uses. Must have own reliable transportation. Ability to communicate effectively. Good safety habits. Must be team oriented. Wage commensurate with experience. FWPC is an
