Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to access hard-to-reach areas or perform outdoor cleaning duties. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates on service completion, and foster positive relationships through excellent customer service. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation protocols. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and proper manual handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects.
