Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Clean floors using various techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care equipment to restore their shine and safety. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to access hard-to-reach areas or perform outdoor cleaning duties. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory, operate janitorial equipment safely, and ensure proper disposal of waste in compliance with sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates on service completion, and foster positive relationships through excellent customer service. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation protocols. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and proper manual handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and outdoor work as required. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
