Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to preserve their appearance and longevity. Execute janitorial duties with precision—restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules and ensuring all cleaning protocols are followed consistently. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and equipment is essential. Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and floor care procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
