Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. Perform all tasks to assure that the facility reflects a high quality of care and appearance.

• Clean all common areas, Admin rooms, and break rooms each day by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and cleaning windows.
• Clean residents' bedrooms and bathrooms and respect their right to confidentiality and privacy.
• Sanitize and clean dirty toilets, common restrooms, and other restroom facilities.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers in common use areas.
• Move, rearrange, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wipe and polish exterior residential doors, polish brass doorknobs and other fixtures.
• Clean and polish all entryway and lobby glass, doors and furniture; vacuum and mop entryway floor as needed; dust drapes and mini-blinds as needed.
• Attend and participate in all staff meetings and keep information confidential as appropriate.
• Maintain a team approach toward all staff and be a strong team member as part of the maintenance staff.
• Perform and assist in other assignments as needed and directed by the Supervisor .
• Maintain common areas free of clutter and mess.
• Restocking toilet supplies.
• Clean house cleaning cart. Clean any equipment used daily.
• Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass.
• Report, turn in and log all lost and found items.
• Report to Maintenance Director or Administrator any supplies or equipment needed, or any broken or defective equipment.
• Maintain a safe environment at all times e.
