Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team, committed to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring all spaces are spotless, organized, and sanitized. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences Ensure all cleaning surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected using suitable cleaning agents and tools Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles Knowledge of cleaning equipment, detergents, and surface sanitation techniques Strong understanding of floor care including carpet cleaning and outdoor work experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with care Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Familiarity with cleaning procedures for various surfaces and materials Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where clients feel valued and cared for.
