We take pride in delivering detailed, professional results and creating clean, comfortable spaces for every client. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaning Technicians who have strong attention to detail and enjoy helping customers maintain beautiful homes and businesses. Job Responsibilities Clean residential homes, apartments, offices, and commercial properties. Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, baseboards, and other surfaces. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, sinks, and appliance exteriors. Remove trash and replace liners. Complete standard, deep, move-in, move-out, and recurring cleaning services. Follow Queen of Kleen cleaning procedures and safety standards. Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members. Report damages, safety concerns, or customer requests promptly. Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs within the scheduled time. Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, honest, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable transportation to travel between customer locations. Ability to communicate professionally with customers. Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods. Access to a working smartphone for schedules and job updates.
