I operate two beautifully curated short-term rental homes and am looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, takes pride in providing five-star guest experiences, and is passionate about hospitality. About Us We are a corporate housing and vacation rental business that curates beautiful, comfortable spaces where guests feel at home. Job Details 4-5 hours per cleaning 3-4 (sometimes more) cleanings per week Cleaning window: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (must be flexible within these hours) Schedule provided in advance, with occasional on-call last-minute bookings Cleaning supplies provided — just show up ready to work! Two properties located within blocks of each other in Manhattan Beach Long-term opportunity with room to grow! Responsibilities Clean and reset two beautiful Airbnb properties to five-star guest standards Ensure homes are spotless, orderly, and guest-ready Report maintenance issues and coordinate supply needs (just let us know what's running low) Work quickly and efficiently to meet tight turnaround times between guests Lift and move moderately heavy objects (up to 40 pounds), including lifting beds for linen changes Use a stepstool safely to clean high surfaces when needed Think proactively and help resolve issues quickly if damages or accidents occur Maintain attention to detail and take pride in presenting beautiful, comfortable spaces for guests Requirements 1+ Years of experience in housekeeping. Airbnb experience is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as needed. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
