We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and can maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness in our clients' homes. Responsibilities Perform routine residential cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas Change bed linens, make beds, and straighten rooms as requested Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste Organize and tidy designated areas Clean surfaces, fixtures, appliances, mirrors, and other household areas as assigned Follow company cleaning procedures, schedules, and client-specific instructions Handle clients' homes, belongings, and property carefully and professionally Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, client concerns, or cleaning issues Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude while working in clients' homes Qualifications & Requirements Previous residential, hotel, janitorial, or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning products is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and efficiently Ability to follow instructions and maintain company cleaning standards Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required to travel to Marina, CA and assigned client locations Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, climb stairs/steps, and perform other movements necessary for residential cleaning
