Job Description

You represent the Americana with courtesy and care. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Make beds, replace linens, and restock supplies as needed. Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the property. Dispose of trash and recycling promptly. Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs. Keep the housekeeping and linen areas organized and well-stocked. Assist guests courteously when needed. Requirements A true team player — willing to help and communicate effectively. Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle repetitive motion tasks. Reliable, efficient, and attentive to detail. A positive attitude and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment.
