Job Description
Shining Solutions LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented residential cleaning subcontractors to service homes in our growing client base. This is a 1099 subcontractor position, ideal for experienced cleaners or small cleaning teams who want flexible work and recurring residential clients. Jobs will be located throughout the Brighton, Co area.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine residential cleaning services Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas Sanitizing high-touch surfaces Taking out trash and maintaining a clean environment Following cleaning checklists and service standards Wash dishes, make beds, and complete laundry when requested.
Requirements:
Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.) Experience with standard, deep, and move-out cleanings Previous residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Professional and courteous with clients Must provide proof of your own General Liability Insurance Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor (1099) Must have a smartphone for job details, communication, and scheduling.

Flexible scheduling Recurring residential clients available Competitive pay per home Opportunity for consistent weekly work Subcontractors must be registered as a business and able to submit a W-9 for 1099 payments.
