Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and care for various flooring types using appropriate cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to uphold a polished appearance Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed to uphold health standards Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing various surfaces Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures for maintaining guest comfort and safety Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring every corner of our hotel shines!
