About R&A Cleaning Services LLC R&A Cleaning Services is a family-owned cleaning company that specializes in move-in and move-out cleans, deep cleans, and recurring residential work. We're growing, and we're hiring cleaners who take pride in leaving a place better than they found it. What you'll do Perform move-in/move-out, deep, and recurring residential and commercial cleans to our standard checklist Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, appliance interiors Clean offices, warehouses and more. Communicate with the team lead on job status, supplies needed, and any issues found on site Leave every home ready for the client walkthrough What we're looking for 6+ months of professional cleaning experience (residential, hotel, Airbnb turnover, or commercial) Reliable transportation to job sites Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and be on your feet for a full shift Attention to detail — you notice the baseboards, the corners, the switch plates Respectful and trustworthy in clients' homes Legally authorized to work in the U.S. What we offer $18-$22 per hour based on experience Choice of W2 employee or 1099 contractor arrangement Flexible scheduling — pick up the shifts that fit your week Eco-friendly supplies and equipment provided Consistent work with a growing local company Room to move into a team lead role as we grow

Pay:
