Experienced Cleaner - Vacation Rentals & High-End Residential Sparkly Clean is a growing cleaning and property-care company specializing in vacation rental turnovers throughout Litchfield County and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced, reliable cleaner to join our team as we expand into select high-end residential properties. This is a part-time, flexible position with room to grow. Hours will vary based on vacation rental bookings and client schedules and are not guaranteed each week at this time. However, we currently have recurring work available, and the goal is to increase hours as our client base grows. Pay $25/hour for the first 90 days$30/hour after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period Additional opportunities and increased hours may become available as Sparkly Clean continues to grow. What You'll Be Doing Our work is a little different from basic house cleaning. Sparkly Clean specializes in preparing vacation rentals to be completely guest-ready, which may include: Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces Vacuuming, mopping and dusting Making beds and staging rooms Laundry and linen changes Restocking supplies Checking for missing, damaged or low-inventory items Following property-specific cleaning checklists Preparing homes to a consistent, high standard before guest arrival Select high-end residential cleaning Deep cleaning as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has professional cleaning experience Is extremely detail-oriented Is dependable and shows up when scheduled Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality Is comfortable working independently Can follow detailed instructions and property-specific checklists Communicates well if there is a problem, delay or concern Understands that vacation rental turnovers often have strict completion times Is respectful and professional inside clients' homes Has reliable transportation Because we work in private homes and vacation properties, trustworthiness and reliability are extremely important. Schedule This is not currently a guaranteed-hours position. Scheduling will vary depending on vacation rental bookings and residential clients. Some work will be recurring, while vacation rental turnovers will depend on guest check-in/check-out dates. This position is best suited for someone who wants flexible part-time work now with the opportunity to take on significantly more work as the company grows. Starting pay:
