Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are sanitized, organized, and presentable, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Duties Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and properly stored. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, or buffing floors to ensure safety and cleanliness. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including inventory management of cleaning supplies. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and residents. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Experience in residential cleaning or familiarity with housekeeping management is a plus.
