Job Description
- Clean and reset guest rooms following property standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors
- Replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, paper products)
- Empty trash and recycling
- Report maintenance issues (lights, HVAC, plumbing, furniture)
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure lost & found items are handled according to policy
- Sort dirty linens and terry by type
- Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely
- Load/unload machines and monitor chemical levels
- Fold, stack, and organize clean linens
- Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage
- Treat stains and rewash items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment
- Track linen inventory and report shortages
- Deliver clean linens to housekeeping closets or carts
