Southern Sands RV Resort, part of Zeman Homes, is looking for a Housekeeper to perform daily cleaning to all resort building and staff areas. This is a full-time position, seasonal position that starts by October 15, 2026 with an anticipated end date of April 15, 2027. The position works Wednesday - Sunday each week. Working on a holiday may be required.

Essential Job Duties:

Performs cleaning and sanitizing duties of public areas, offices, equipment and furnishing both inside and outside so ensure resort standards are met. Cleans windows. Empties trash containers as needed. Inspect restrooms and pool house daily to ensure that they are well lit and functioning properly. Completes new guest arrival check in on Sundays.

Job Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Strong ability to follow instructions and directions, including following safety protocol, proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE. Ability to work well independently as well as on a team. Strong attention to details while performing duties. Basic computer proficiency, particularly with email and internet.
