Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Experience in various cleaning environments such as fitness centers, hotels, or custodial services is highly valued. This position requires a flexible schedule as the schedule varies and includes holidays, weekends, evenings and early mornings. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain the Club buildings and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis insure the completion of the Housekeeping Schedule Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles is preferred. Familiarity with Private Club cleaning standards is a plus. Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
