Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all guest accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Implement proper cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery are spotless and sanitized. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces as needed, including patios, walkways, and entryways. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their needs or special requests to enhance their experience. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable, including janitorial or custodial roles. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality services is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as wood, tile, carpet, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning agents. Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Demonstrated ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Physical capability for outdoor work and manual handling of heavy items; previous outdoor work experience is advantageous.
