We service residential and commercial clients in Broward and Palm Beach counties. We are growing rapidly and expanding our business and we are looking for a few hard working, detail oriented, and reliable individuals to join our team. Attention to detail is a must! You must be able to work a flexible schedule. Prior experience is preferred but not required. (You will be trained to reflect our company standards and systems once hired) We are a family owned cleaning company looking for high quality cleaning professionals who are interested in joining our Residential Team. Pay rates start at $17.50-$22.00 with bi-weekly gas reimbursement for driving between locations.

Job Requirements:

Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks, including dusting surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and wiping down furniture to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Thoroughly clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and common living spaces, ensuring all surfaces, sinks, toilets, countertops, and appliances are disinfected and free of dirt, grime, and bacteria. Efficiently manage housekeeping duties by organizing tasks, following cleaning schedules, and ensuring all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, responding to special requests, and ensuring satisfaction with all cleaning services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. You must be available to work a flexible schedule. It is imperative to remember we are working on our client's time, not ours.

You must:

Must have residential housekeeping or general cleaning experience; experience managing a team is a plus Must be able to communicate with supervisors and customers in English Must be permitted to legally work in the United States Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Must be able to keep pace/work on your feet for extended periods (3-4 hours at a time) Ability to safely and efficiently operate a variety of cleaning equipment and tools. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional cleanliness. Effective time management skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as needed. Must be able to lift and transport items as required during cleaning duties.
