Full Job Description Job Summary:

Fresh Fusion USA is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our growing team. We are a Brazilian-owned residential cleaning company offering a positive, family-like work environment with clear standards, steady pay, and long-term growth opportunities. No prior professional cleaning experience is required — we provide full paid training!

Pay & Benefits:

Pay:

$20.00 / hour (paid weekly)

Paid Travel Time:

Paid hours start when arriving at the first house and conclude upon leaving the last house

Paid Training:

Full training provided on our products, methods, and conduct standards

Retention Bonuses:

$100 bonus at 3 months and $200 bonus at 6 months (with zero client complaints)

Career Growth:

Opportunity to advance to Team Driver with additional pay

Uniform:

Break:

30-minute unpaid lunch break when applicable

Schedule & Hours:

Starting Schedule:

3 days per week (Part-Time), with the potential to grow to 5-6 days per week (Full-Time)

Days:

Monday to Friday (possible Saturdays)

Shift Availability:

Our daily schedule varies and shifts may extend depending on the job. Full availability throughout the work shift is required (no fixed end-time departures).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitization, and kitchen detailing. Strictly follow company cleaning methods, products, safety guidelines, and conduct policies. Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a supportive, respectful work atmosphere.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation:

Personal reliable vehicle required to reach our designated daily meeting point (no home pick-up provided).

Teamwork & Shared Ride:

Comfortable working alongside a male team member and utilizing shared company transportation between job sites.

Communication:

Basic conversational English to communicate with clients when needed.

Physical Capability:

Physically able to handle demanding physical tasks (continuous standing, bending, kneeling, heavy scrubbing, and lifting supplies).

Independence:

Comfortable performing thorough work independently with minimal direct supervision once trained.

Professional Conduct & Dress Code Standards:

Hair must be tied back at all times (no loose hair). Black, loose-fit pants required (strictly no leggings, skinny/tight pants, shorts, or bermudas). Black, non-slip closed-toe shoes. No loud personal talking, cell phone use, or eating inside client homes. Full respect for client privacy, property, and confidentiality.
