Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties and residential homes, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Execute deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and outdoor area maintenance when required. Manage laundry duties for linens, towels, and other textiles with proper handling and sanitation practices. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maintain cleanliness standards. Implement janitorial and custodial procedures to ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are hygienic and well-maintained. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including inventory checks for cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance. Handle manual lifting of cleaning supplies or furniture safely during outdoor or indoor work activities. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping roles. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols for heavy lifting and manual handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple properties. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas of properties. Ability to perform detailed dusting, surface sanitation, laundry duties, and outdoor maintenance as required. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across diverse environments.
