Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various homes in the lake county and surrounding aread. There will be a training period of 1-2 weeks and candidate will be paid cash or Zelle at the end of that payday period. If they are shown to be a good fit for the company they will then be out on payroll. If they secure any cleaning jobs they will receive a percentage commission for that job plus the regular hourly wage. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure that all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a positive experience for clients and visitors alike. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and surface sanitation using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Handle floor care procedures such as scrubbing, mopping and vacuuming necessary areas to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other designated areas consistently throughout shifts. Follow all environmental services procedures to promote eco-friendly practices and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of common cleaning procedures for all rooms in a home. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while following safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or visitors. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as all cleaning supplies, machines, vacuums, and cleaning products.
