The Residential Cleaning Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning, organization, and basic household care services. This position requires someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who understands that excellent cleaning is more than simply completing a checklist. It means noticing what needs attention, taking initiative, caring for the property, and completing every job with excellence. Responsibilities The Residential Cleaning Specialist may be responsible for: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets Cleaning kitchens, appliances, countertops, cabinets, and sinks Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Dusting furniture, fixtures, baseboards, fans, blinds, and other surfaces Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass Making beds and changing linens Washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry as assigned Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning and organizing bedrooms and common areas Deep cleaning as scheduled Cleaning refrigerators, ovens, cabinets, and other appliances when needed Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized Reporting damaged items, maintenance concerns, or needed supplies Taking before-and-after pictures when requested Properly securing the property when work is completed Completing assigned cleaning checklists Helping with additional household or property-related tasks when needed Expectations A successful Residential Cleaning Specialist should: Arrive on time and ready to work Dress professionally and appropriately for the job Maintain a positive and respectful attitude Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Pay close attention to details Be able to work independently Follow instructions and established cleaning procedures Take initiative when something needs attention Treat homes, belongings, coworkers, and clients with respect Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of each household Properly care for cleaning equipment and supplies Keep work areas clean and organized Communicate clearly with supervisors Be dependable and maintain good attendance Physical Requirements The position may require prolonged standing and walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying cleaning supplies, equipment, laundry, and household items. Qualifications Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not always required. Training may be provided for the right person.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 50.0 per week
