Paradise Hills, Winery Resort and Spa is looking for energetic and friendly Hospitality Professionals with experience in the wine industry and exceptional customer services skills.

Responsibilities of a server include:

Typical Day is 11:30 - 6:30 p.m. // Thursdays - Sundays

• Exceptional Guest Relations
• Knowledge of wines , craft beer and foods served
• Providing service of beverages at tasting room(s), Bistro restaurant and for special events
• Preparing minimum amounts of food (some locations)
• Daily summary reports
• Replenishing inventory from farm winery (40 lbs) .

Growth potential into other departments Qualifications Customer service skills Wine knowledge or interest in learning Craft beer experience is a plus Hospitality background preferred POS experience, especially with Square Ability to handle food and ensure food safety Previous restaurant experience is beneficial Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Upselling and sales skills are advantageous
