Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience in cleaning and hospitality is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in housekeeping management and janitorial services within a professional setting. Duties Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Follow safety procedures related to industrial cleaning and custodial work Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to hospitality and janitorial standards Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable Experience with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus Background in hospitality or housecleaning management can be advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential qualities Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position provides an opportunity for growth within the hospitality industry while ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional cleanliness and service.
