Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and ensuring all surfaces and floors are spotless. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless appearance. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean surfaces, carpets, and upholstery effectively. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring an inviting exterior environment. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial roles with knowledge of janitorial procedures. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of cleaning detergents and supplies along with adherence to safety protocols related to sanitation standards.
