Must communicate and work well with others. Must be able to work unsupervised and to a fixed time schedule. Must be reliable, dependable, and honest. Must be friendly and good with animals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning the assigned area of responsibility in accordance with Swept Away's company standards or as required by the client. Follows through with the instructions provided by the entity responsible for providing the cleaning job. Ensures security and safety of the facility or area of responsibility by locking doors, turning off all lights, and making sure all appliances are in the "off" position. Notifies and reports any concerns or issues regarding the current structural status of the facility or area to upper management. Participates in pre-cleaning briefing and other meetings as requested by upper management or the client.
